The TPI Senior Contract Manager (SCM) works in support of the Client’s Contract Manager and other staff members in accordance with the Governance Services operating roles and responsibilities to ensure that IT Service Providers deliver contracted outsourced services (infrastructure and application development and maintenance) consistent with those contracts.
The SCM assists the Client’s retained governance staff with contract management and governance duties ensuring that the IT Service Providers deliver the outsourced services in accordance with the terms and conditions, service levels, and pricing provisions of the IT Master Services Agreements between the Client and Service Providers. The SCM supports the Client’s Contract Manager in interpreting the contract language, managing contract change, performing new services proposal reviews, monitoring and providing status on proposals and contract amendments, etc. The SCM supports the Client’s Finance and Performance Managers to ensure the cost and service expectations of the contracts are met.
The SCM coordinates TPI’s off-shore contract management, finance, and performance resources and liaises with Client’s retained staff and Service Provider’s staff as needed in the execution of the role. The SCM reports to the TPI Governance Services Operations Director.
