Reports to: Director of Processing
Job Description:
Specifically, ReSource Pro provides knowledge-based insurance processing solutions. Assuring the quality of work in terms of accuracy of keyed information and efficiency of output is of paramount importance to us and our clients.
The position of Manager of Quality Assurance is responsible for design and implementation of a QA system that meets ReSource Pro’s short and long-term business objectives. This includes the management and development of a growing QA department across multiple locations.
